This is the ideal Ken Griffey, Jr. gamer. The bat shows outstanding use and is attributed to Junior’s 365th career home run. The shot was hit on May 18, 1995 in the bottom of the 1st inning against Minnesota. The Dan Perkins pitch was hit over the deep centerfield wall giving the Mariners the first run of their 10-1 victory over the Twins. Griff’s Louisville Slugger C271 model bat has been cracked and shows the tremendous use you would expect a member of the 600 Home Run Club to put on his bats. The handle has been taped in a unique fashion to enhance the grip and Junior has signed the barrel in silver marker, adding “HR 365” for good measure. The bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B16169) for the game use and a LOA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication for the signature.
