Manny Ramirez was coming off an incredible season in 1998 when he hit 45 home runs, drove in 145 with a .294 batting average for the resurgent Cleveland Indians. For most players, that would be an impossible act to follow, however, for Manny, 1999 was an even better season. Ramirez led the American League with 165 RBI, a .663 slugging percentage and a 1.105 OPS. Ramirez also hit 44 home runs and batted a lofty .333 as he led the Indians back to the playoffs.

The left sleeve has the Chief Wahoo patch, while the right sleeve has the “A.L. CENTRAL CHAMPS” patch. Ramirez signed his name in black marker vertically on the “4” and inscribed “24”.
