Presented here is an issue of “Inhumans” Volume 2, issue #5 released in March of 1999 that features the first appearance of Yelena Belova, the new Black Widow. The issue, written by Paul Jenkins with the cover and illustration done by Jae Lee, features an attack against the Inhuman’s stronghold of Attlian, and whether the Inhumans will resort to diplomacy or war. The new Black Widow, Yelena Belova, makes a brief appearance in the comic. Florence Pugh will play the new Black Widow in the Marvel Cinematic Universe starting with the feature film “Black Widow” and an appearance in the “Hawkeye” Marvel Cinematic Universe television series on Disney +. The cover features the Inhuman leader, Black Bolt, with his arm extended set against a backdrop of flames. The comic comes encapsulated by the Certified Guaranty Company (2056456001) who gave the comic a grade of 9.8 with WHITE pages.
