The late Tony Gwynn, an eight-time NL batting champion who earned 15 All-Star nominations and five Gold Glove awards, was an easy choice as a first-ballot Hall of Famer in 2007. Gwynn, a career .338 hitter, once donned this San Diego Padres button-down home white jersey, which dates back to the 2000 season.

This all-white button-down size 50 Russell Athletic San Diego Padres jersey features “PADRES” sewn on across the chest in navy-on-white tackle twill. Gwynn’s number “19” is sewn on the center left chest in navy tackle twill. There is navy piping running around the collar and down both sides of the buttons. The Russell Athletic tag with a “100% POLYESTER 50” flag is sewn on the bottom of the front left tail. The back of the jersey has “GWYNN” sewn on in navy tackle twill with his number “19” sewn on in navy-on-white tackle twill. The MLB logo patch is in Padres navy, white and orange colors is sewn on the upper back. The left sleeve has the Padres logo patch and the Russell Athletic “R” embroidered in navy. Gwynn signed his name vertically in silver marker on the back “1” of his “19”. This jersey comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA for the signature and a LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema.
