Presented here is a 2001-02 Michael Jordan game worn Washington Wizards shooting shirt that comes directly from the personal collection of George Koehler, who is a long-time associate of Michael Jordan dating back to when Jordan joined the Bulls in 1984, having originally been his limousine driver, then his personal assistant and friend. Koehler was also part in the popular ESPN documentary The Last Dance. This black and teal short sleeve shirt was made by Nike and is a size 2XL. The front and back are black with “WIZARDS” sewn on in white and bronze tackle twill on the front. The sides and sleeves are teal with a bronze border separating the black. Each side has four blue snap buttons and the NBA logo embroidered on the left sleeve and the 9/11 flag and ribbon patch is sewn on the right sleeve. The Nike swoosh is in white on the base of the collar and the Nike size 2XL tag, along with a Wizards logo tag and an NBA AUTHENTICS tags are sewn on the front left tail. The Wizards logo is sewn on the back left tail and white Nike swoosh is on the top back collar. An additional Nike Team XXL tag is sewn on the inside back collar. This shooting shirt comes with a LOA from George Koehler, who states in his LOA that this item came directly from his personal collection and was received directly from Michael Jordan.
