Ray Allen’s collegiate career at the University of Connecticut, where he was a First Team All-American and Big East Player of the Year, made him the fifth overall pick in the 1996 NBA Draft. Immediately after being drafted by the Minnesota Timberwolves, Allen and Andrew Lang were traded to Milwaukee in exchange for Stephon Marbury. Allen spent his first six plus seasons with the Bucks where he averaged 19.6 points per game.

Allen wore this home white Milwaukee Bucks Reebok mesh jersey during the 2001-02 season where he averaged 21.8 points per game. “BUCKS” is sewn on across the chest in large green, silver and purple tackle twill. Allen’s “34” is sewn on below in the same color pattern. The Reebok tag is sewn on the bottom front left tail with “01-02” , “2”L.B.” and “46” flags. The NBA logo is embroidered on the upper left chest and the “9/11” ribbon and flag patch that was worn by all teams that season is sewn on the upper right chest. The collar and open sleeves have a ribbed purple/green/purple striping pattern and the sides have a thick purple stripe outlined in green. The back of the jersey has “ALLEN” sewn on in green and silver tackle twill which is above his number “34” that is sewn on in green, silver and purple tackle twill. The jersey displays light to moderate game use and comes with a LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema.
