Between 2001 and 2003 Andy Pettitte was the ace of the Yankees pitching staff going a combined 49-23 those 3 seasons. Though the AL has the designated hitter, Pettitte had 15 at bats in those seasons and hit a whopping .143. Regardless of averages, this Louisville Slugger model M356 shows good game use with ball marks, stitch impressions, white leather scuffs and blue ink transfers. Cleat marks are visible on the barrel and the handle has been taped for a better grip. The bat is un-cracked but exhibits some grain swelling from ball contact. Letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
