Offered is a President George W. Bush signed NCAA 2001 College World Series baseball. The 43rd President of the United States has signed his name “George Bush” in black marker on the sweet spot. Bush played three seasons of college baseball at Yale from 1965 to 1968. He was the managing general partner of the Texas Rangers from 1989 to 1994 and threw out the first pitch at the 2001 College World Series, June 8, 2001 in Omaha, Nebraska. During his presidency (2001 to 2008), he attended nine Major League Baseball games, including throwing out the ceremonial first pitch at the debut of Miller Park in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in April 2001 and the first pitch at the 2001 World Series game at Yankee Stadium on October 30, 2001, the first sitting president to see a World Series game at Yankee Stadium.
