Each of the issue's collectibles presents a fantastic quartet, showing all four players' portraits along with – in every case – a multi-colored and letter/number segment, game used patch relic from each athlete. All of the cards carry a statement on the back highlighting Upper Deck's warranty for the genuineness of the patch components, and serving as the item's COA.
