Its cardfront presentation also incorporates two multi-color, game worn jersey patch relics. The card's BGS condition report: Centering: 9, Corners: 8, Edges: 8.5, Surface: 8. A statement on the card's back attests to the authenticity of the signature and the genuineness of the patch components, and serves as Upper Deck’s COA. The limited-edition piece is serial-numbered "01/15." Near Mint to Mint condition.
