Hall of Fame center Yao Ming wore this Houston Rockets road jersey during the 2003-04 NBA season, his sophomore campaign with the Rockets. Yao averaged 17.5 points and nine rebounds per game for the Rockets, helping the team reach the playoffs for the first time since the lockout-shortened 1998-99 season. Yao made the second All-Star Game of his career in 2003-04 and was named to the All-NBA Third Team. The 7’6” center played until 2010-11, when foot injuries curtailed his incredible career. Yao was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame for his accomplishments with the Rockets and the Chinese Men’s National Basketball Team.
