Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson wore this black and orange Bengals helmet in three games during the 2003 NFL season. Johnson, in his third season out of Oregon State University, made his first Pro Bowl in 2003 after catching 90 passes for 1,355 yards and a career-high 10 touchdowns. Johnson wore this helmet during Cincinnati’s 24-19 victory over the Chiefs on November 16th at Paul Brown Stadium. Johnson caught seven passes for 74 yards from quarterback John Kitna as a pair of long Peter Warrick touchdowns handed Cincinnati the victory.
This offered Bengals helmet is black and orange, with a black facemask and a white chinstrap. Johnson has signed the left side of the helmet in black marker, adding the inscriptions “Guaranteed!” and “K.C. 19 Bengals 24” in addition to his signature. This helmet comes with a LOA from Chad Johnson and authentication from Beckett Authentication Services (A25397) for Johnson’s signature.
