With attendance struggling in Montreal for the Expos, Major League Baseball had the Expos play in Puerto Rico for 22 home games. Expos manager and Hall of Famer Frank Robinson wore this home white with blue pinstriped jersey for one of the Puerto Rico Series in September of 2003.
