Former Major Leaguer Gary Sheffield used this SAM bat during his short stopover in Atlanta. During that 2003 season, Sheffield hit a career-high .330, smashed 39 home runs and drove in 132 runs for the Braves. Sheff’s SAM GS1 model bat is un-cracked and shows excellent use. Sheffield’s number “11” is hand written on the knob and he has signed the barrel in silver pen adding “Game Used”. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B12859), who have graded this bat a GU 8.5 for the game use and a COA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication for his signature.
