The legendary ace Roger Clemens wore this white New York Yankees home jersey in the 2003 MLB season. Clemens, at 40 years old and in his 20th Major League campaign, went 17-9 for the 101-win Yankees. He struck out 190 batters in 211.2 innings while maintaining a 3.91 ERA for the American League champions. During the Yankees 5-2 victory over the St. Louis Cardinals on June 13th at Yankee Stadium, Clemens recorded his 300th career win and his 4,000th career strikeout, pitching 6.2 innings while giving up only two runs and punching out 10 Cardinals batters. The University of Texas product finished his career with an outstanding 354-184 record and the third most strikeouts of all-time, with 4,672 K’s.

This button-down, pinstriped Yankees home jersey has New York’s iconic “NY” logo sewn on the left chest in navy tackle twill. Rocket’s number “22” is sewn on the back of the jersey in navy tackle twill. A Yankees 100th Anniversary patch is sewn on the left sleeve. A Russell Athletic tag with an attached size “52” flag and a “2[inch] Extra Length” is sewn on the front left tail above a “2003” year tag. This jersey comes with a LOA from MEARS (315769), who have graded the jersey an A5.
