Four-time All-Star pitcher Tim Hudson wore this glove during the 2003 MLB season, the fifth of his six seasons with the Oakland Athletics. Hudson, a 20-game winner in 2000, won 16 games during the 2003 regular season, as the Athletics claimed the AL West crown by a three game margin over the Seattle Mariners. Hudson maintained a sparkling 2.70 ERA during the 2003 campaign, the lowest single season ERA of his 17 year career.
This black Rawlings glove is a Pro 1000-9KB model with a two-piece standard web. A Rawlings circle “R” logo is sewn on the back of the thumb, and a Rawlings tag is sewn on the back of the wrist. “Tim Hudson” is embroidered in yellow on the back of the thumb. Hudson signed the back of the ring finger in silver marker, inscribing “All-Star 2000” below his signature. This glove, which shows moderate wear, comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1G00399) for game use, and a COA from PSA/DNA (AD28244) for the signature.
