In LeBron James’ second season, the Cleveland Cavaliers finished the season over .500 with a 42-40 record, just missing out on the playoffs. James led the team in scoring, averaging 27.2 points per game as the Cavaliers would start a run of five straight seasons of making the playoffs. James wore this Reebok size 50 (+2 LENGTH) white mesh jersey during the 2004-05 season and this shirt has “CAVALIERS” sewn on across the chest in burgundy and gold tackle twill with the “S” having a paraph. James’ number “23” is sewn on in navy blue and gold tackle twill below the “CAVALIERS” off-center to the left. The back of the jersey has “JAMES” sewn on in burgundy and gold tackle twill while the number “23” is sewn on in navy blue and gold tackle twill. The sides of the jersey have a burgundy Spandex stripe outlined in white, gold, black and gold. The open shoulders have a ribbed material burgundy and gold striping. The Reebok/NBA AUTHENTICS tag with the Cavaliers logo is sewn on the bottom front left tail with “50”, “2004-2005” and “+2 LENGTH” flags attached. There is a black patch on the upper left shoulder and the NBA logo is embroidered below. The jersey displays light game use and James signed his name in black marker below his number on the front of the jersey. This item comes with a LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema and a LOA from Mears, who have graded this jersey an A5 and a COA from Upper Deck Authentic (SHO24411), who authenticates James’ signature.
