Adam Dunn retired after the 2014 season with 462 home runs, his career high of 46 coming in 2004. This sharp looking sleeveless vest, white with red pinstripes, was game worn by Dunn that season, including the game in which he hit his 100th career home run on July 28th. The front of the jersey has the Reds C-shaped crest on the left breast, and Dunn’s #44 on the right. The Russell Athletic manufacturer’s tag is found on the front left tail, adjacent to a faded tag that appears to read “Property of Cincinnati Reds”. “Dunn 44” adorns the back in Red lettering with white trim and black shadow effect. Inside of the jersey is a red Russell Athletic undershirt, short sleeve, size XXL. Running Mr. Red, Cincinnati’s current mascot, is patched on the left sleeve of the undershirt. Jersey shows moderate game use, and is accompanied by photographs matching the jersey to Dunn in action. This jersey comes with a LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema.
