Chipper Jones wore this jersey on September 11, 2004, an 8-1 Atlanta Braves victory over the Montreal Expos. Jones went 2-4 in this game, including an RBI single in the bottom of the seventh against Livan Hernandez. This game came at the end of the Braves National League East winning season, when they went 96-66 under manager Bobby Cox. Jones finished the season with 30 home runs and 96 RBI.

This home white button-down size 48 Russell Athletic Braves jersey features “Braves” sewn on the front in red-on-navy tackle twill. A tomahawk is directly below the “Braves,” and is sewn in red-on-navy tackle twill with gold accents. The front and sleeves have navy blue and red piping and accents. A memorial patch shaped like home plate with the number “21” is sewn on the left sleeve above the embroidered Russell logo. The patch is in remembrance of Warren Spahn, the great Braves pitcher who passed away before the 2004 season. The Russell Athletic tag, with “[size] 48,” “+2 EXTRA LENGTH,” and “2004” flags, is sewn on the front left tail. “JONES” is sewn across the back shoulders in navy tackle twill over a matching white name plate. Jones’ number “10” is sewn on the back in red-on-navy tackle twill. Jones signed the “0” digit in black Sharpie pen. This jersey comes with a MLB Authenticated hologram (MT 00477666) and has been authenticated to the September 11, 2004 game and authenticated Jones’ signature.
