New York Mets great David Wright wore this red pullover Tidewater Tides jersey during the 2004 MiLB season. Wright played 31 games for the Tides before being called up to the Mets in late July, hitting eight homers with 17 RBI and a .298 batting average during his brief pit stop in AAA. This red jersey has “Tides” screen printed across the chest. Wright’s number “5” is sewn on the chest in white tackle twill and on the back of the jersey in white and blue tackle twill. An American flag patch is sewn on the back outside collar. A Rawlings size “XL” flag is attached to the back inside collar and a Rawlings tag is sewn on the front left tail. Wright has signed the “5” digit on the back of the jersey in blue marker, writing “298 AVG 8 HR 17 RBI 2 SB”. This jersey comes with a LOA from Wright.
