Minnesota Timberwolves superstar Kevin Garnett wore these Adidas adiPRENE sneakers during the 2004-05 NBA season. Garnett, who previously wore both Nike and AND1 sneakers, averaged 22.2 points and an NBA-best 13.5 rebounds per game in 2004-05. He made the sixth of 12 consecutive All-Star teams in 2004-05, wearing a white and red colorway of the Garnett II’s in the 2005 NBA All-Star Game. These offered Adidas adiPRENE sneakers are white with black and gray accents and a silver “a3” button affixed to each tongue. Also on the tongue is Garnett’s number “21” embroidered in blue. On the black interior is printed “SAMPLE NOT FOR RESALE” in white, while Garnett’s personal logo is applied to each heel. “KG” has signed both shoes in black marker, inscribing on both “To Jason Stay Cool”. These sneakers come with a LOA from MEARS (317853) for the game use, plus individual LOAs from Beckett Authentication for the signatures.
