Boston Red Sox outfielder Manny Ramirez wore this gray button-down road jersey during the 2004 season. The iconoclastic, dreadlocked super star helped the Red Sox break their 86 season World Series drought in 2004 by overcoming a three games to none deficit in the American League Championship Series against the New York Yankees. Ramirez hit an American League-leading 43 home runs in 2004 while contributing 130 RBI and a .308 batting average.

This gray road Russell Athletic jersey was worn by Ramirez in ’04. “BOSTON” is sewn across the chest in red-on-navy blue tackle twill. “RAMIREZ” is sewn across the back shoulders in red-on-navy blue tackle twill over a matching gray nameplate. A MLB logo is sewn above Ramirez’s name. Ramirez’s number “24” is sewn on the back in red-on-navy tackle twill. A red band rings the sleeve openings of this jersey. A Russell Athletic Authentic Collection tag is sewn on the front left tail of the jersey. Size “54 100% Polyester”, “+3[inch] Sleeve End”, and “2004” flags are attached to the tag. This jersey shows moderate signs of game use. This jersey comes with a LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema.
