Presented here are a pair of size 18 ½ Reebok High Post sneakers worn by former Houston Rockets center and basketball Hall of Famer Yao Ming during the 2004 season. The 7’6” rimrunner averaged 18.3 points with 8.4 rebounds, 0.8 assists. 0.4 steals, and 2.0 blocked shots during a season that saw Ming earn an All-Star selection, earning the starting center position for the second year in a row. These presented game used sneakers feature a black and red colorway and contain the “Reebok” logo in red on the black tongue of each sneaker. “REEBOK” and the Reebok logo appear in raised red plastic on the back upper heel of each sneaker. The number “11” appears in red on the back heel outstep of each sneaker. “YAO” appears on the back of each heel in plastic. The sneakers display moderate evidence of game use and contain abrasions and white marks on the front toe guard, a scratch on the outstep of the left heel, and dust and dirt on the back upper heel. These game used sneakers worn by Yao Ming during the 2004 season come with an LOA from MEARS (317366) for the game use and are graded authentic.
