Legendary San Francisco Giants slugger Barry Bonds wore these black, gray, and orange Fila cleats during the 2005 MLB season. Bonds began the season with a series of injuries that delayed his season debut until September 12th, but in the following 14 games Bonds returned to form by mashing five homers, driving in 10 runs, and drawing nine walks in only 42 at-bats. The home runs hit by Bonds in 2005 were his 704th through his 708th career round trippers.
These cleats are primarily black, with gray and orange accents. A Fila logo is embroidered on the outside of each toe. “3/25” is applied to each heel in black numerals. The soles of the cleat are orange and black, with 12 rubber cleats and plenty of dirt still stuck between them. A “2005” tag is sewn inside the tongue. Bonds has signed each cleat twice, once in black marker on the outside instep and once on the tongue in fine-tip black marker. These cleats come with a LOA from Barry Bonds.
