1997 National League MVP Larry Walker enjoyed a prosperous 17-season Major League career, splitting his time between the Montreal Expos, Colorado Rockies, and St. Louis Cardinals. A five-time All-Star, Walker slugged 383 home runs in his career, including a National League-leading 49 during his MVP season.

Walker wore this jersey during the 2005 season with the St. Louis Cardinals, his final season in the Major Leagues. This jersey has been specifically photo matched to Game 5 of the NLCS between the Cardinals and Houston Astros at Minute Maid Park, making this a rare playoff-worn jersey. Walker played in only 100 games that season, but still contributed 15 home runs, 52 RBI, and a .289 batting average to the Cardinals National League Central Division-winning campaign. This gray St. Louis jersey features “Cardinals” sewn across the front in red and navy chenille stitching below the Cardinals birds-on-a-bat logo. Walker’s number “33” is sewn on the front and back in red and navy tackle twill. “WALKER” is sewn across the back shoulders in red and navy tackle twill over a matching gray nameplate. A Busch Stadium final season patch is sewn on the left sleeve. A Majestic Authentic patch is sewn on the front left tail, with size “52” and “2005” flags attached. Walker signed the back of the jersey in blue marker. This jersey comes with a LOA from the St. Louis Cardinals for game use, a COA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication (B54332) for the signature and has been photo matched by Resolution Photomatching.
