Presented is a multi-signed cap from the 2005 Presidents Cup golf tournament, including the signatures of Jack Nicklaus, Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson. The white cap has the President’s Cup logo embroidered on the front in blue and gold, and an American flag embroidered in red, white, blue and gold to the left of the logo. Jack Nicklaus has signed his name in the center between the flag and the logo in black marker. Tiger Woods has signed his name in black marker on the bill of the cap next to the signature of Fred Couples.

Phil Mickelson has signed his name in black marker on the bill below the signature of Kenny Perry. Additional signatures in black marker include, from left to right across the top of the bill:  Davis Love; Jim Furyk; Jeff Sluman and Stewart Cink. Signatures in the middle of the bill, from left to right, include Scott Verplank; David Toms and Justin Leonard. Signatures at the bottom of the bill include Chris DiMarco and Fred Funk. The 6th Presidents Cup was held between September 22 and 25, 2005. It was played at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Club in Gainesville, Virginia, United States. The United States team won the competition by a margin of 18½–15½. This item is accompanied by a COA from the David Toms Foundation, indicating it was signed by every member of the 2005 President’s Cup team and the captain, and that the hat was donated by David Toms.
