First things first: Intergold's accompanying Certificate of Appraisal estimates the pure material replacement value at over $4,700—and that's without taking into account this ring's historical significance as hailing from the Detroit Tigers' first World Series appearance in over two decades. Manager of the Year Jim Leyland and Rookie of the Year Justin Verlander led Detroit to an incredible turn-around in 2006, exciting a whole new generation of Tiger fans for years to come. It's a 10K-gold, size 14 beauty in NM condition with 43 points' worth of diamonds, two elaborate team-insignia logos, and Leyland's creed "NINE FULL INNINGS" inside the band. This ring comes with the original deluxe frosted-plexi presentation box reading, "DETROIT TIGERS / AMERICAN LEAGUE CHAMPIONS 2006." Also a 2008 LOA reading, "I, Pleze Gardner was allowed to purchase a ring since I worked as a Security Guard at the Stadium."
