Hall of Fame catcher Mike Piazza wore these black, white, and blue Asics turf cleats in 2006, his only season with the San Diego Padres. Piazza hit 22 homers in 2006, his highest tally since the 2002 season, and added 68 RBI with a healthy .283 batting average. Piazza retired after spending the 2007 season with the Oakland A’s, and in 2016 was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame.
These high-top Asics turf cleats are black, with a white Asics logo applied to each side of the shoe and Piazza’s number “33” and “Mike Piazza” embroidered on each heel in white. The shoes are accented with blue and show excellent use. Piazza has signed each cleat in silver marker. These cleats come with a COA from PSA/DNA for each signature (4A10642, 4A10643) and a LOA from JT Sports for the game use.
