After an injury sidelined him for part of the 2006 season, Robinson Cano came roaring back and ended the season with a .342 average, third in the American League. During the season, he also established himself as being particularly productive during the last three innings of a game - a great asset for any team hoping to stage last minute comebacks.
This was Cano's second season as a big leaguer and the drive and determination he showed after returning from the DL showed his incomparable talent as a ballplayer. This Rawlings 456B model bat shows excellent use with a slight handle crack. The barrel is covered with ball marks and blue ink transfers. Blue bat rack paint streaks are visible along with cleat imprints. The bat specs are stamped into the knob and the weight “32” and Cano” are hand written in black ink. This bat comes with an LOA from PSA/DNA (E36043) for the game use.
