This offering's elegantly crafted, hinged presentation binder holds a quartet of elite Schmidt collectibles. The headline entry bears a faultless, blue ink signature on the obverse, and also incorporates a quartet of relics in its design. (The four apertures revealing three jersey material pieces and one bat item are die-cut in the shape of the characters "HIT5," referencing a highlight of Schmidt's 1980 World Series performance.) The incredibly eye-catching, limited-edition piece is serial-numbered "05/10." A "Topps Certified Autograph" cardfront declaration and reverse-side text affirm The Topps Company's warranty for the authenticity of the signature and the relics, and serve as the item's COA. Three additional, black-bordered cards – serial-numbered "005/250," "048/250," and "159/250," respectively – complete this desirable Sterling quartet. Schmidt was a first-ballot Cooperstown selectee in 1995.
