The future Hall of Famer Albert Pujols wore this red St. Louis Cardinals cap circa 2007-08. Pujols, an All-Star in both seasons, hit .327 with 32 homers and 103 RBI in 2007. He upped his game in 2008, winning the National League MVP award with a Triple Crown slash line of .357/37/116. This cap has the Cardinals interlocking “STL” logo embroidered on the front and a MLB logo patch sewn on the back. “AJ”, Pujols’ number “5”, “IS”, and “DP” are written on the underside of the brim in silver marker. Pujols has signed the brim of this size 7 ¼ cap in black marker, inscribing “Game Used” next to his signature. This cap comes with a LOA from Steve Grad of Beckett Authentication (A74084) for the signature and a LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema for the game use.
