The slugging third baseman had an incredible season, clubbing 54 home runs with 156 RBI, 24 stolen bases, and a .314 batting average. Rodriguez won his third American League MVP award for his excellent performance that season. Additionally, Rodriguez was selected to his 11th All-Star team in 2007, while also becoming the youngest player in MLB history to reach the 500-home run mark.
