Barry Bonds used this SSK Pro Maple model bat during the 2007 MLB season, his final Major League campaign. The 42-year-old Bonds was one of the most dangerous hitters in baseball that season, hitting the final 28 of his 762 career home runs while driving in 66 runs with 75 runs scored in only 340 at-bats. Bonds led baseball in walks (132), intentional walks (43), and on-base percentage (.480) as he made the 14th All-Star Game of his career. When Bonds left baseball after the 2007 season, he ended his career as the all-time leader in home runs, walks, and intentional walks, while winning seven National League MVP trophies, eight Gold Gloves, and 12 Silver Sluggers to complete an incomparable career.

Bonds’ SSK Pro Maple bat displays excellent game use and is un-cracked. There are ball marks, stitch impressions, blue ink transfers and white leather scuffs present on the barrel. The handle and knob edge has been taped in a spiral pattern to enhance the grip. Bonds has signed this bat in silver marker on the barrel. Please note that there is a slight blemish on the “Barry” portion of the signature. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B18482) for the game use and has been given the highest possible grade of GU 10. Additionally, there is a COA from Barry Bonds (007196), with a corresponding hologram on the bat, that covers both the game use and signature.
