Former New York Mets infielder Jose Reyes wore this Mets batting helmet when batting right-handed during the 2007 when he led the National League in stolen bases. Reyes batted .280 and added 12 home runs and 57 RBI while scoring 119 runs. This Rawlings size 7 ¾ helmet has an earflap on the left ear and the New York Mets interlocking “NY” logo decal affixed to the front in orange. “REYES” is printed in white on a clear sticker on the tip of the brim. The back has the MLB logo in Mets’ colors and below that is “REYES” in white on a clear sticker. The interior padding is still intact and this helmet displays moderate game use. This item comes with a LOA from Mets-Steiner Collectibles (10974) for the game use.
