Mike Piazza used this bat during his final Major League season in 2007. Playing with the Oakland A’s, the Hall of Fame-bound catcher hit the last eight of his 427 career home runs. The Mizuno World Win model bat is un-cracked and shows outstanding use. Many ball marks with stitch impressions and blue ink transfers can be seen on the barrel along with cleat imprints and green bat rack paint streaks. The impression of a weighted batting donut is present and a moderate coat of pine tar is found mid-handle. Piazza’s initials “MP” are stamped into the knob and the Hall of Famer has signed the barrel in blue marker adding his number “31” and “G/U”. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B03049) for the game use and has been graded a perfect GU 10 and a STICKER ONLY from PSA/DNA (4A10509) for his signature.
