2007 was a milestone season for Hall of Fame pitcher Tom Glavine as he picked up his career win number 300 while pitching for the New York Mets. Glavine finished the 2007 season with a 13-8 record with a 4.45 ERA in 200.1 innings, all at the age of 41. Glavine wore this Rawlings size 7 3/8 New York Mets batting helmet during the 2007 season. This helmet is a combination black and blue helmet with the brim and front of the crown colored blue and the top and back colored black. The Mets interlocking “NY” decal is affixed to the front in black, white and orange. The helmet has an earflap on the right ear and the back has the MLB logo decal and a clear sticker with white lettering that has “GLAVINE”. The interior padding is still intact and this helmet displays light game use. Glavine signed his name in silver marker on the brim and inscribed “2007 Gamer” and “300 WINS”. This gamer comes with a LOA from Mets-Steiner Collectibles (03261) and a COA from Beckett Authentication (F33855) for Glavine’s signature.
