Los Angeles Lakers star forward Lamar Odom wore this purple Lakers road jersey during the 2009 NBA Finals. The Lakers defeated the Orlando Magic in a perfunctory five game series thanks to the stellar play of Kobe Bryant, Pau Gasol, and Odom. The former Rhode Island Ram averaged 13.4 points and 7.8 rebounds per game for the Lakers as the team won their 15th NBA title. Odom and the Lakers would make it back to the Finals in the next season, defeating the Boston Celtics in a pitched seven-game series. This jersey has been photo matched to the clinching Game 5, a 99-86 Los Angeles victory at Amway Arena on June 14, 2009. Odom contributed a double-double in this game, scoring 19 points and grabbing 10 rebounds in 31 minutes off the bench.

This purple Lakers road jersey has “LAKERS” sewn across the chest in yellow and white tackle twill, with Odom’s number “7” sewn below and on the back in white and yellow tackle twill. A 2010 NBA Finals patch is sewn on the chest of this purple jersey. The side panels of the jersey are yellow with white stripes. “ODOM” is sewn across the back shoulders in yellow and white tackle twill. An Adidas tag with attached size “56”, “2008-2009”, and “LENGTH +4” flags is sewn on the front left tail of the jersey. This jersey comes with a Letter of Provenance from the star of the television show Storage Wars, Rene Nezhoda, who purchased Odom’s storage locker. This jersey has been photo matched by Resolution Photomatching to Game 5 of the 2009 NBA Finals, with a corresponding LOA accompanying this jersey.
