A congratulatory statement from Donruss appears on the card's reverse side; this declaration attests to the signatures' authenticity and serves as the COA for the subject item. The exclusive, limited-edition piece is serial-numbered "02/10." Stan Musial, a 1969 Cooperstown inductee, passed away in 2013. The card remains sealed in its original factory packaging.
