Evan Longoria joined the Devil Rays in April of 2008 and never looked back. When the dust settled he had been voted to the All-Star team, given the American League Rookie of the Year Award and took his team to the World Series. Not bad for kid’s first year in the majors. This game used Louisville Slugger L180 is un-cracked and shows excellent game use.
Visible on the barrel are many ball marks and stitch impressions. White ball scuffs, blue ink transfers and bat rack streaks are present. A sticker with Longoria’s number “3” in white has been applied to the knob and barrel end. A PSA/DNA numbered sticker has also been affixed to the barrel end. Letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA who has graded this bat a GU 8.
