The 2008 NASCAR Nationwide Series was made up of 35 races, beginning with the Camping World 300 on February 16th which was won by Tony Stewart of the Joe Gibbs Racing team. The Nationwide Series ended on November 15th with the Ford 300. Offered here is a 2008 NASCAR Nationwide Series owner’s championship ring that was presented to Joe Gibbs Racing. This Jostens manufactured ring features a large black stone in the center on which is set the number 20, comprised of CZs. Around the bezel setting appears “NASCAR NATIONWIDE SERIES CHAMPION” done in relief work along with additional smaller CZs. One side of the ring is centered by a logo reading “NASCAR OWNERS CHAMPION 2008” with the name “CLARY” showing above and the number “20” down below. An image of Stewart’s No. 20 car is displayed on the opposite side, over images of a trophy and racing flags. “NASCAR Nationwide SERIES” appears at the bottom. The name “Nick Clary” is engraved inside the band along with the manufacturer mark and “LTM”. This item is an approximate size 10 and weighs approximately 26.6 grams.
