Former Colorado Rockies shortstop Troy Tulowitzki’s second full season in 2008 saw him bat .263 with eight home runs and 46 RBI. Tulowitzki used this SAM Bat TT2 model bat during that 2008 season. This bat displays heavy use and is un-cracked. There are ball marks, stitch impressions and blue ink transfers present on the barrel. There is a moderate coating of pine tar on the lower barrel and Tulowitzki’s number “2” is hand written in black marker on the red and white maple leaf sticker on the knob. Tulowitzki signed his name in contrasting silver marker on the barrel of this all-black bat and inscribed “2”. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B15272) for the game use. Please note that the consignor did not want to purchase the grading on this bat. However, we can inform all potential bidders that this bat has been pre-certified as a GU 10 by PSA/DNA and if the winning bidder chooses to have this bat graded, it will be guaranteed to receive a GU 10 grade.
