Attractive bat used by A-Rod during the season he became 10th on the all-time list of home run hitters. This black Louisville Slugger C271L model bat is made to A-Rod’s specs of 34” and 31.4oz. The handle has a slight crack, is coated moderately with Mota stick and shows outstanding game use. Cleat marks are present on the barrel and ball marks with blue ink transfers can be seen as are white ball scuffs and stitch impressions. The 2/5/2009 date of manufacture, 34 length and 32oz weight are stamped into the knob. To visually compliment the stamped silver factory markings on the bat, A-Rod has signed in silver ink “2009 Game Used WS Champs”. Letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA who have graded this bat GU 9.5.
