As the third-leading scorer in NBA history, and with 18 All-Star selections and 5 NBA Titles, Kobe Bryant gained entry into the Hall of Fame in 2020. Kobe wore this Adidas size XLT 2+Length “Clima365” warm-up jacket before Game 2 of the NBA Finals against the Orlando Magic on June 6th, 2009, at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. Bryant put up an impressive 29 points with 4 rebounds and 8 assists during the Lakers’ 101-96 victory over the Magic in overtime. The Lakers would ultimately defeat the Magic in five games, giving Bryant his 4th NBA Championship and his first of what would be 2-straight NBA Finals MVP Awards.

This six-button white Adidas size XLT warm-up jacket is white with purple stripes on the shoulders and sleeves that also feature a large gold stripe. The Adidas logo appears on the right chest, and the Los Angeles Lakers patch appears on the left chest. A “CLIMALITE” sticker is affixed to the jacket’s right front tail. An Adidas NBA AUTHENTICS, “CLIMA365” manufacturer’s tag with a “+2” and “MADE IN VIETNAM XLT” flags are located on the inside collar of the jacket. The number “24” is inscribed by an unknown hand on the Adidas tag. A gold Larry O’Brien Trophy patch is affixed to the left sleeve. A purple Adidas logo and an NBA “Logoman” patch are affixed to the back of the jacket below the rear collar. “LAKERS” appears in purple-on-gold tackle twill across the back of the jacket. The warm-up jacket displays excellent evidence of game use and contains a stain on the back of the jacket next to the purple Adidas logo, brown stains on the left sleeve, multiple small brown stains on the rear tail, right chest, and right lateral sides of the jacket. The game used Los Angeles Lakers warm-up jacket worn by Kobe Bryant during Game 2 of the 2009 NBA Finals comes with an LOA from Sports Investors, who photo matched the jacket to the June 6th, 2009 game.
