During the 2010 season, his 16th with the team, Jorge Posada went down in Yankee history when he hit a grand slam home run in back-to-back games, the first time since fellow catcher Bill Dickey did it in 1937. This cupped end natural 34.5”, 33.3oz Posada Custom Cut-M bat shows heavy use and has a handle crack. Visible on the barrel are many ball marks and stitch impressions. White ball scuffs and the impression from a weighted bat donut are present. A heavy coat of pine tar coats the upper handle and a moderate coat of Mota stick is on the lower handle. The handle has been taped for a better grip in Posada’s unique criss-crossed pattern. Posada’s number “20” (traced over with black marker) has been stamped into the knob along with the date of manufacture (6/8/10), length (4.5) and weight (2.0). Letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA. See Goldinauctions.com for photo matching. The Photo was taken on August 7 2010 and shows Posada hitting a fifth inning RBI single off of the Red Sox. PLEASE NOTE: Photo in catalog of bat  was incorrect. These are the correct photos of this bat
