The proclamation lauds Abdul-Jabbar for visiting Montgomery County to give a lecture at the University of Dayton as a part of the school’s “Diversity Lecture Series”. The proclamation has been signed by Deborah A. Lieberman, Judy Dodge, and Dan Foley. It comes with a LOA signed by Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.
