Coming off wrist surgery the previous season, Brett Gardner had a come-back season in 2011, alternating batting lead-off with Derek Jeter and Nick Swisher and leading the American League with 48 stolen bases. This 33”, 29.4 oz model 069 cupped-end Louisville Slugger exhibits several ball and stitch impressions on the right and back barrel along with cleat marks and impressions from where Gardner used a weighted donut on the barrel. A moderate coat of Mota stick is visible on the center brand. Factory stamped manufacturing date (1/28/2011), length (33.0) and weight (30.5) is impressed into the knob. PSA/DNA LOA.
