Kansas City Chiefs All-Pro linebacker Derrick Johnson wore this red Chiefs home jersey during the team’s November 6th, 2011 game against the Miami Dolphins at Arrowhead Stadium. Johnson started the game, a 31-3 Chiefs loss, at the right inside linebacker position of the Chiefs 3-4 defensive scheme. The former Texas Longhorn recorded three of his 104 tackles of the season during this game. Johnson also recorded two sacks and two interceptions in 2011. For his sterling defensive efforts, Johnson was named as a member of the NFL’s First Team All-Pro squad and earned the first Pro Bowl selection of his career.
This red jersey has Johnson’s number “56” sewn on the chest, back, and shoulders in white and yellow tackle twill. “D. JOHNSON” is sewn across the back shoulders in white and yellow tackle twill over a matching red nameplate. White Reebok logo patches are sewn on each sleeve. A circular Lamar Hunt memorial patch is sewn on the left chest, and a NFL Equipment logo is sewn on the collar. An “11-48 S” tag is sewn on the back inside collar of the jersey. This jersey shows moderate wear, and comes with a COA from the Kansas City Chiefs.
