Minnesota Twins legend Joe Mauer wore this cream-colored Twins home alternate jersey on July 1st, 2011 against the Milwaukee Brewers at Target Field. Mauer, the 2009 American League MVP, went 3-4 with two runs scored in this game, a 6-2 Twins victory. Mauer plated a run, although he was not credited with an RBI, thanks to an error by Brewers first baseman Prince Fielder. Mauer retired after the 2018 season, with the Twins announcing almost immediately that his number “7” jersey would be retired the following season.

This pinstriped home alternate jersey is a button-down, with “Twins” sewn across the chest in navy and red tackle twill. Mauer’s number “7” is sewn on the back of the jersey, also in navy and red tackle twill. A Twins logo patch is sewn on the left sleeve and a MLB logo patch is sewn on the back outside collar. A black tackle twill number “3” is sewn on the right sleeve to memorialize the Twins Hall of Famer Harmon Killebrew, who passed away in May of 2011. A Majestic tag and a “7 52 ‘11” swatch are sewn on the front left tail. This jersey comes with a MLB Authenticated hologram (FJ 406490).
