Legendary swingman Kobe Bryant wore these purple and white Nike Zoom Kobe VI shoes during the Los Angeles Lakers January 28th, 2011 game against the Sacramento Kings. Although the Lakers fell by a score of 100-95, Bryant led all scorers with 38 points and tallied seven assists. Bryant, a 12-time All-Defensive Team selection, cleaned up on D, notching three steals and four rebounds for the eventual Pacific Division Champions. Bryant went on to average 25.3 points per game in 2010-11 for the 57-win Lakers, along with 5.1 rebounds and 4.7 assists per game. The first round draft pick of the Charlotte Hornets out of Lower Merion High School in 1996 made the 13th of his 18 career All-Star Games in 2010-11.
These size 14 low-top shoes have snake skin textured body, in homage to Bryant’s “Black Mamba” nickname, and feature black Nike swooshes applied to each side. The midsole is purple, and a purple piece of hard plastic that features Bryant’s facsimile signature adorns each heel. The white tongue has Bryant’s personal logo applied in black. These sneakers show moderate wear and come with a LOA from Mears.
