Los Angeles Angels superstar outfielder Mike Trout has captured the American League Most Valuable Player award three times (2014, 2016 and 2019) in his eight Major League Baseball seasons, and was runner-up four times (2012, 2013, 2015 and 2018). His spectacular professional career began after the Angels drafted him as the 25th pick in the first round of the 2009 MLB Draft, and he got his first MLB action for a short stint in the 2011 season. Prior to that season, Trout was ranked number one overall by ESPN’s Keith Law in his 2011 top 100 prospects list, and by MLB's Jonathan Mayo. Trout started the 2011 season with the Arkansas Travelers of the Class AA Texas League, where he hit .324 with nine home runs, 27 RBIs, and 28 stolen bases in his first 75 games. Presented is a Mike Trout signature on an Arkansas Travelers game-used lineup card from April 27, 2011. The 2012 AL Rookie of the Year has signed his name in blue marker below his typed name in the lead-off spot for the Travelers’s game against the Tulsa Drillers. The 8½ x 14-inch white cardstock sheet is printed in red, blue, silver and black, with inscriptions in black marker. The Travelers beat the Drillers, 7-2, thanks in no small part to Trout’s 3-for-4 performance with two doubles and one triple, at Dickey-Stephens Park in North Little Rock, Arkansas. This item comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (T03905).
